4. Energy drinks like glucose powder contain the nutrient which helps in providing us with energy. This nutrient is called as carbohydrates. Sugars and starch are two major types of carbohydrate. Some of the food items rich in carbohydrate are – rice and rice products, cereals, crackers, cakes, flours, bread, bread products, potato and potato products.
